About a third of your life is dedicated to sleep, a lot of time for your sleeping positions to affect your body. For better or worse!


Sleeping on your side:
-Place a pillow in between your knees and ankles in order to maintain pelvic alignment, additionally to reduce the strain on the spine and hips
-Hug a pillow to improve shoulder comfort and support alignment

Sleeping on your back:
-Place a pillow underneath your knees to remove pressure off of the lower back


Sleeping on your stomach unfortunately can be harmful to your spine health, due to the unnatural spinal position it forces you to sleep in.
