I met Dr. Ashley during my 5th (I think??) pregnancy and after having seen at least 5 other chiropractors in my life, I can honestly say that she's the best for REAL, long-lasting recovery and healing, especially when it comes to women's issues. I've had 5 babies naturally, and I have found that good chiropractic care before, during, and after pregnancy is so important to make things work like they should. I wish I had found Dr. Ashley before I had my first! Babies often need adjustments, too, to optimize good nursing, tummy, and sleep health, and it's so nice to have someone so experienced to handle the care of a delicate little newborn. I've been going to her now for a couple of years and many of my long-term issues have resolved themselves. She gives great advice on exercises for maintenance and posture correction, and Terry is a wealth of information when it comes to health questions. And now Foundation Chiropractic treats our whole family regularly! We happen to be farmers and so tend to abuse our bodies a lot with heavy lifting and very long workdays. Dr. Ashley keeps us straightened out and there have been far fewer work-related injuries since we became her patients.

Dr. Ashley completely reversed my opinion of the legitimacy and need of chiropractic care when I sought her help after a training injury before my second full Ironman triathlon. Her knowledge, communication, and care was invaluable and allowed me to post a personal record. As a result, my wife and 3 (soon to be 4) kids still see her regularly; we won't see anyone else.

Dr. Ashley has been providing care to my family for almost 2 years now. We love her office and staff. My husband has regained range of motion in his neck he didn't know he could ever get back. She has helped me achieve an extremely smooth labor due to good alignment and has helped in the overall postpartum healing process as well. Great doctor! I highly suggest going in for an evaluation to see how she's different than every other doctor you've seen. She looks for the cause of the problem instead of just covering up symptoms. Refreshing!
